Your creatives spend 90% of their time on creativity. We build the tech layer that makes it possible.

What we heard

You have 50 AI newsletters a day and no time to ship anything. Your client data — brand guides, CI docs, campaign history, production assets — is scattered across Drive, Miro, and people's heads. Your creatives resist new tools. Your clients want faster, cheaper delivery. And you're still grinding 500 banner formats in Photoshop.

You've mapped out exactly what you want: an AI system that knows each client's brand, answers questions about their CI, and helps your team produce faster. You just need someone to build it.

What we'll build

A queryable knowledge layer for your agency. Every brand guide, CI document, campaign brief, and past production — structured and searchable.

Your creatives ask questions in the AI tools they already use (Claude, GPT, Gemini). The answers come from your actual client data — not the internet, not hallucinations.

  → client context loads automatically
→ "What are the Allianz Direct brand colors for social?"
→ answer sourced from their CI guide, linked to the original doc

No new app to learn. No workflow to change. The knowledge is just there.

How we start

Month 1: We take one client's data (Reform House), ingest it, structure it, and make it queryable. Your team tests it. We adjust based on what they actually need.

Month 2+: Add more clients. Move into content production — banner automation, image generation pipelines, brief-to-output workflows. Each month, we pick a specific problem and prove value.

You stay involved in the technical side. This is a partnership, not outsourcing.

What we need from you

1. Google Drive access to one client (Reform House)

2. A call with Lara — she builds the Miro boards and knows how your team uses client context today

3. A call with one creative — to test what we build and tell us what's actually useful

How we work

Monthly retainer, starting modest. Each month we pick a thing, build it, prove it's useful — then expand. You own everything we build. If it stops being useful, you stop paying.

Next step

Share the Reform House data. We'll start structuring it this week.
