2. AI experience workshops. We've run prototype sprints and AI hackathons for enterprise teams at companies like Siemens and Lufthansa Technik. Interactive sessions that make AI tangible for non-technical audiences — not slides about what AI could do, but working prototypes built in the room. These could run inside your existing client engagements.

3. Internal AI infrastructure. Beyond client work: help your own team do more without growing to 30 people. Structured knowledge bases that actually work, AI-assisted proposal generation, client context that follows you across projects — not another subscription, but systems built around how you already operate.

How we work

We pick one thing, build it, and see if it's useful. No giant initiative. No six-month planning phase. If it works, we do more. If it doesn't, we stop.
